We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

All our chargers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Additionally, we provide lifetime customer service support.
